Blackheath Library
The new Blackheath Library utilises rainwater harvesting to flush its toilets using a Below Ground Storage Tank, Pressurised Rainwater harvesting system. Pressurised rainwater harvesting systems are recommended for buildings where roof space for a header tank is limited.
The building uses a great deal less mains water than before due to the water saving measures they have now put in place.
