Lisa Craven - Managing Director
What is your role at Stormsaver? I am the Managing Director, so I manage the commercial estimating team and the Rain Maintain sales team and ensure that the business remains focused on its goals for growth. I try to get out to meet clients as often as I can and enjoy making both new and existing business relationships successful. I get involved in all areas of the business really, including marketing, client retention, business planning and HR. I also make Michael and Gary far more cups of coffee than they make me!
I love my job and consider myself lucky to work with the team I have around me. We all work very hard but we know how to have fun too. I am proud of the way that if things get tough, everyone pulls together to get through it.
