Maintenance Manager - Liz

What is your role at Stormsaver? I am the Maintenance Sales Manager so it’s my job to ensure that the maintenance department runs smoothly from point of sale all the way through to our engineers visiting sites. Ensuring that every member of the team has the tools required to perform their roles to a high standard and ensure we’re giving our customers the absolute best service we can. I’m responsible for driving our sales team, to keep us all motivated to achieve our targets. I also get involved with quoting the more complicated works and any system upgrades which may be required.

How long have you been with the team? Since March 2016

What is the part of your job that you enjoy the most? Building good relationships with our customers and speaking to people from all over the country every day. That no two days are the same, the maintenance team are faced with different challenges each day which means we are constantly learning and adapting and that makes our job exciting! Also, the team I work with make it a pleasure to come to work every day.

What is your favourite water saving tip? Use any old container in your garden to collect rainwater and then use it to water plants.

What is it about rainwater harvesting that excites you? It reduces water bills and more importantly massively helps the environment.
